Yet another varient on the ongoing dialog regarding mobile applications. My point of interest is the need for instructional designers, content experts and other trained educators to produce and evaluate educational mobile applications. This article is interesting because it addresses safety concerns. However the service does not address the educational value of applications. It seems that the team behind this service will profit by introducing a redundant rating system linked to commercial outlets.
